A love story, yet so much more than "just" another love story is Opposing Energies. This book is a little sci-fi, a little mystery, and leaves you wondering what if...
Collier has brought forth a unique representation of the negative impact we each feel on a daily basis and the influence both positivity and negativity have on life. Can we see the wind? No, but we can see and feel the impact of the wind's movement. Likewise with positive and negative feelings, they aren't necessarily obvious until you come in contact with either and then you're affected, either for the good or, unfortunately, for the bad. And those feelings are hard to shake. What happens if the world settles into negativity? Can it be changed and who can do such a thing? This is something Collier explores and does so with wonderful abandon.
The only complaint I have is NOT with Collier but with the printing/copy editor who allowed dropped words, misspellings, and spacing issues to be published.
