A secret society. Vampires. Supernaturals. And love. It’s my world, and I have to save it, but not from the monsters.
Abigail Rose’s life was as predictable as the tides rising and falling, until Wes Hunter returned to Sandpoint. Then, the impossible became possible, the predictable became unpredictable, and those monsters became more than friends.
Wes would do anything to keep Abigail safe, and Abigail would leave everything behind to save everyone she loves. A suspenseful romance, blurring the lines between fantasy and reality.

Midnight Rose eBook Dani Hart
This book is poorly written. Even though the story was intriguing, the book could have used a good rewrite and then an editor combing through it. Too many of the descriptions and actions were incorrectly written “I shut the door and waved with a plastered smile” and much of the dialogue was stilted—unnatural. The inconsistent shallow characters did nothing to keep the story from feeling choppy and fake. And there was no story wrap-up. Despite the potential the author has, there is definitely a lack of knowledge present.Product details

Midnight Rose eBook Dani Hart Reviews
This book has a lot of similarities to multiple stories but it also has its own uniqueness. The Immortals and The Order are very interesting and Abigail Rose is extraordinary! I am super excited that Dani Hart has started publishing again. I love her work and can't wait to read Midnight Winters!
I absolutely loved Midnight Rose! As an author, Dani really keeps you on your toes! No one is as or what they seem! Those you think are against you are actually on your side, and some, including family, could be telling you a complete lie to protect you. But when things come to light, which side do you choose? Is it possible to choose both? You have to read to find out.. And believe me, you won't be disappointed!
This is a young adult paranormal read... Abigail Rose is a bit more mature than most of the other kids at school. She’s been through a bit more that’s also left her a bit broken. I really like Wes and I think he and Abby are perfect for each other. Then there’s Eli. I can’t say why, but something is just not quite right about him. I don’t trust him. And Abby’s own father has secrets.... what exactly is “The Order?”
I do recommend this clean read to anyone who enjoys paranormal intrigue.
Fantastic read...I loved every minute of this book and didn't want it to end. I was a little disappointed to find out it was going to be a series of books, but excited to know that there is a lot more to come from this story. The writing is flawless and I was sucked in from the very start. It's intriguing and the plot moves at an excellent pace. I love Abigail's character. I love Wes and I am definitely going to be team Wes all the way through this series. I don't like Elijah....I don't know why yet, but I have a feeling he's not all he seems. I don't like Abigail's father either and I am waiting to see what secrets he is holding. There is so much to love about this book and this was my first time to read anything by Dani Hart. I can hand on heart say it won't be the last. This is a brilliant YA read, although it works for any age, I'm almost 40 -)....If you haven't read this yet, I can highly recommend it. You won't be sorry. P.S. I need the next book now.
This novel could have used a good editor and a few rewrites. As it stands, there was too much needless padding, with the result that the forward momentum was frequently stalled. A good erwrite would have tightened this up. Too often, the author didn’t seem to know where she was heading, and would pull up new plot devices, seemingly at random to try to keep the story going. More than once, something in the plot was introduced one way, but when the author wanted to take it a different direction, she didn’t rewrite the prior scene to make the world consistent within itself. The reader is supposed to forget the earlier facts and just accept the changes. This is just sloppy writing. Other than the beginning mystery, there was a lack of foreshadowing of things that would become vitally important, and yet there was foreshadowing (perhaps unintentional) of things that were not mportant, and that were, in some cases, contradicted later.
If you wonder why I would write such an honest review, it is because I really do want the author to learn and do better next time. Almost all of the problems in this book could have been solved with some planning in advance, and some rewritting later. Your readers deserve your best.
If I could describe Dani Hart's first release in over two years as just one single word, I would say it's intriguing. In Midnight Rose, Hart takes you on a young girl's journey of self discovery riddled with first time crushes, first loves, secrets and lies.
From the moment you first meet Abigail Rose its easy to see she is different. More mature, a little broken than her peers Abigail sticks out from the average high school student having experiences first hand love and loss when her childhood friend and crush suddenly left her after a shocking accident. Her character is wise beyond her years, yet so innocent in many ways. I loved guessing where her character would end up. However, I never could have guessed the whirlwind of a journey Hart would take me on in the last half of this book.
The first half to me left me doing guessing games. Was Midnight Rose the newest form of Twilight or something completely different? I am happy to tell you that during the second half of this book, Hart very creatively swoops in demanding your attention with her cleverly written story line. From that point forward I was hooked beyond just Abigail Rose's boy troubles. I can't wait to see where this story ends up and what secrets Abigail will uncover next.
I'm going to start off with saying how gorgeous the cover is. It's apart of the reason I was interested in reading the book. Another reason for wanting to read this story was because who its from!! Dani Hart wrote The Arie Chronicles a few years back and since I read that series & loved it, I had to see what this new story was about, naturally. It's a #YA #ParanormalRomance that's full of intrigue, emotions, and is truly unique. And honestly, there is a love triangle but it seems nonexistent or even one-sided. I'm under the impression Abby and Wes are destined and Eli is just...there. I mean, I like Eli, but I want Abby & Wes together. So I guess you could say I'm #TeamWes over here. I think any lover of Young Adult Paranormal genre is going to want to buy this one of a kind, clean read. It amazes me how I got so caught up in this story with the teen-angst but felt it was on such a mature level. Of course, I want more and saw on Facebook that book two will be called Midnight Winters & is due in August. Oh, yea…I want to know where this series is going, there's a Fandom here I could totally get behind.
This book is poorly written. Even though the story was intriguing, the book could have used a good rewrite and then an editor combing through it. Too many of the descriptions and actions were incorrectly written “I shut the door and waved with a plastered smile” and much of the dialogue was stilted—unnatural.
